OK, let's see if any of you are descendants of Nostradamus. What's the Knicks' record after the first five games of the season? Check back here next week and see who nailed it.
1. v Bucks
2. v Hawks
3. v Wiz
4. v Spurs
5. v Cavs
I've got the Knicks next week at....
0-5
w-bucks- missing key players
w-hawks- looked avg yesterday against Detroit and could not defend the pnr at all
w-wiz- we handled them easy in the preseason no Paul P (the knick killer)
l-spurs- Not impossible they don't usually get in to gear til december
w-clev- we can be them with the momentum from the first 4 wins
4-1...
Given the level of competition, 2-3 would be a solid and reasonable start.
Should've indicated home and road games. Hawks and Spurs games are home.
2-3 to start.

so which teams will they lose to?
6-0. Somehow this team makes it happen.
3 straight wins
2 straight losses
At least that was my gamepicker selections
Knicks will be 3-2 at the end of this start.
After the first game I'd say 2-3. I think they can steal one from either ATL or WAS. No chance against cavs and spurs.

No, I'm not. Our starters only scored 49 points! Our starters scored less than a high school team!
You must be one of those dopey sports fans that just turns on ESPN SportsCenter to see the final scores. Real sports fans see the whole game to determine who won and who lost. Just 49 points from our supposed best players is a loss. If you call last night's game a win, you must be Derek Fisher or work for MSG network.
Last night was a loss. My prediction is still spot on.

Now you're getting into Twilight Zone weirdness...
Are you being provocative or just plain crazy? Which one?
My understanding...you can correct me if I'm wrong- is that a team in the NBA consists of 15 players, and that game results are for a team, and not a particular sub-group of players on that team.
Thankfully, your prediction is wrong, and hopefully we have more "losses" like the one you are claiming we had last night?

Please describe your criteria for what a "real sports fan is"?
Only Orangeblobman could make up his own rules.

I predict 0-82 for the regular season and 0-12 in the postseason.

Ha ha! This is like in that 54 win season when some posters invented the term "moral loss" because we were winning so much it conflicted with their prophecy of doom.
