Id like to see 1 player in the last 40 years who has avg 34-7-5-3 with an efg that is almost 75% over ANY straight 5 game stretch. MJ didnt do that. I can hear the argument of longevity+ consistency--but right now what we are watching now today I believe may nba 1 of the top 5 players ALL TIME and EASILY todays best player by a very good margin. If anyone had a first pick of a player they'd take Curry.

I'll hold off on Curry being a top five player but . . . I do think he stands out for making everyone around him significantly better, for having the most impact on a team of any player I've seen and . . . he's still getting better. I can't think of any player who manages the game better, Jordan, say, might take Curry one-on-one but Curry's on court coaching/strategy skills are perhaps better than, say, Frazier and Nash.
