Terrible way of doing it.
Jose does need to be benched but no need to take it to the media. The guy is still a human being.

If the media do not step in, Fisher will forever leave in Calderon on the floor. It is simple, Jose simply does not have it. He never had it on defense to begin with and simply is not a triangle PG

I'd rather that than have the NY Media terrorize him. You know how terrible the NY media can be, he may be performing at a d league rate but the guy is not a criminal..

Yes I agree but when your coach is not the brightest and still thinks Jose is our best option to start when he can't create, can't penatrate, can't get to the free throw line, and can't guard a parked car.... What the funk is he doing in the game... It was cute for the first few games, but let's be real this guy should be retired he is over the hill and aweful and makes his teammates aweful on both ends of the court... Until he is benched it's a simple game plan drive past Jose and the defense falls apart.. On a defensive game plan play everyone other then Jose tight cause your grandmother has a better chance of driving on you then Jose ...offense is stagnant when he is on the court
Keep those media hooligans away from the team. If change needs to be done it needs to come from Fisher.

I agree with everything you are saying. The guy is really hurting our chances of winning, but taking it to the medias hands is a terrible idea and you know that.
FIVE GAMES!!! It's still too early for panic. Fish sees what we see as does Phil and every coach n player on the Knicks. Gotta have some patience and let them work this out the right way. There's got to be a proper way to handle this.

The proper way is for fish to go up to Jose and say look man I remember when I had to go to the bench it's tough but we have to do what's best for the team and that's for you to coach the d league .

We should have won this game we need a pg like grant out there at all times energizing our starting unit and getting them open looks... I feel so bad for grant when he makes a perfect pass to a open Lance Thomas... If grant was in the starting unit he would be making those perfect penatrating passes to Melo and KP for wide open looks

I'm not asking the media to attack Jose personally I'm sure he is a good guy... But his time as a NBA player is coming to a end and if he's really such a team player he should be man enough to step out of the starting line up for the greater good of the team... It's not like Jose is going get another contract after this one... He'll probably go back to Spain. The media just needs to let fish know he is one of the biggest glaring holes in our rotation

The PG spot is where the game starts. In this league, if your PG can't defend and score some; your team is in a world of trouble. Jose did not even rebound the ball

Phil, Fish, Rambis, Cleamons ... They all know EXACTLY WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN GAMES! Let's just keep in mind how many Titles they've won together. If we see it. I have no doubt that they see it and have their reasons for doing what they're doing. I'm sure they're talking about all of the issues we see and have plans in mind to address the problems. They're is no RUSH. No need to panic.
This style of offense with no fast breaks, no penetration except for Grant who isn't playing enough, running the ball through a lost Lopez, and having Melo chuck bad shots is really hard to watch. I sure hope that Afflalo can help!
Yeah, I have to agree. Calderon just gives up too much defensively, and he is not really even hitting his open jumpers. Galloway should start with Grant backing him up. Calderon should be moved to third guard.
