I would love to see Melo lead the knicks in assists in the second half. He is probably at the bottom of the league in second half assists and has probably been for many years.

I thought that Melo played great for the first 3 quarters last night. Really within the team. I am encouraged. Imagine if he and Calderon were shooting at career averages and Afflalo was playing this would be a very good team.

Over the 1st 3/4 of the game, that's the best I've ever seen Anthony play for the Knicks. I'm hoping the 4th qr. performance was just because he was wiped out. I'm no fan, but if he decides that the blueprint for the future is his first three quarters, he and the knicks will be really dangerous.

Melo's 42 pts 17 reb 6 asst 2 blk in the playoffs against Boston was his best game as a Knick..Unless of course he was grabbing "bitch rebounds"...
