Just amazing first 9 games for Porzingis so far. Hope he breaks one of those Porzingods on Lebron's face tonight!

StillaKnicksfan @ 11/13/2015 6:16 PM
He is strictly playing off of instinct and raw ability. Really I believe that he is just scratching the surface, once he refines his skills he is a match up nightmare!

Yup yup.

Actually scary, when you also consider how physically immature he still is.

Refining his skills is one issue, I think a lot is mental...a matter of confidence- at some point he is going to realize that he has enough athletic ability and size to simply shoot over an opponent as if there is nobody in front of him.

KP is the youngest this. Townns is the youngest that. These guys are young. They do things and it becomes a record. Yeah cuz there haven't been that many 19yr olds in the NBA who get these many minutes.

I agree. I never thought he would rebound like he has. He averaged 5 or 6 boards in the acb league?

Though he's still skinny, I think those 10-15 lbs of muscle he put on before the season is helping a great deal.

He looks so much better than he did in the summer league.

Don't choke:

Melo is making others around him better???? There is irony and Kharma around us every day. For most knick fans its a good thing. Now, its a tainted pleasure for chuck buck via Nalod suggestion.
Chuck,
You'll choose to ignore this but it will nag at you. Even in 18 years when KP is first year HOF voted, guess who will introduce him? Fellow HOF member MELO!!!!!
Then KP will gush how early in his career the veteran Melo took him under his wing. You'll try to wash your hands but you'll never get the taint off.

In your last moments on earth, and it should be long time still, you'll be in nice place and think of all your good fortunes in life and perhaps be surrounded by loved ones. They will talk of you accomplishments and good fortune. They'll talk about your love for the knicks and what a devoted fan, except what a shame that thing with Melo you harbored really took the pleasure of the championship won with a retiring Melo, that magical series where KP was the MVP, but Melo was the no. 2 scorer and hit a clutch basket to pull them ahead in game 7. A near perfect life by a good guy who had one obsession called "anti social Mooby disorder".

Melo made KP better. Its not too late. You need not gush on Melo, just "Let that shyt go". If you can, you shall be released.

Don't be Michael.

I think Rolo, O'Quinn and Lou also help Porzingis. He is a power forward. Having a center that can box out and a star that draws attention and double teams has helped him tremendsouly. How about that all of the guys mentioned are here for awhile?
