We need to play these uniforms for every home game... What a game for KP .. I can't believe fish took him out for that little stretch... That was stupid
Pity Melo wasn't around 3 years younger. He is loving playing with KP and their chemistry is building every game. Could have had some legitimate Championship tilts. Who will we look to bring in over the next few years to play beside this colossus?!

I thought it was me. She looked a lot better.
Really nice win..Fisher scare me with 4th quarter lineup...We need a PG..
next: at OKC, at Houston, at Miami, at Orlando . . .
Saraphin had a great game too
With the exception of the KP removal, Fish coached a good game.
Just have to finish games better in the 4th.
I also like how afflo played tonight as well

OKC may not have Durant, Rockets have been flailing, Orlando should be a close game, Miami isn't unbeatable...
I think we could go 2-2 on that trip...
Despite the scoring slump this team played tough D and pulled out the win. It's a solid win for this team. They still have work to do but it's getting closer

my issue with afflalo is that he shoots literally everytime he has the ball. Right now everything is going in but sooner or later he will be in a slump and he needs to adjust by passing and doing other things

Knicks have a big three.

Yeah, he brings some structured offense to that second unit who seemed to lose the ability to run out on fast breaks once the league had the scouting report on them.
Melo played very unselfishly tonight, he was making great passes out of double teams when he would usually just force the shot. I can only think of one really inexcusable 3 he took with a man on him and 21 sec on the shot clock, other than that he was a very good team player this game.

Nah it wasn't ISO MELO. The Knicks just didn't get great shots but it was also the Hornets D was taking away the basic looks the Knicks wanted and made them take tough shots and they didn't drop.
It really was the fact no one except Melo wants to shoot. KP was out of the game and everyone else is afraid to shoot.
Afflalo has such a flat jumpshot, which means late in games when his legs are tired he may end up rimming a lot of shots. It is concerning but I thought he looked good tonight, I like that he can confidently put in on the floor.

MELO is gonna be good for quite a few more years! We'll be fine. We needs Jerian to fully develop and give us a better PG option.

Something more to the removal than meets the eye. Perhaps a lesson about not shooting that Dirk type fall-away when we need a high % shot. KP might have also gotten caught up with the crowds reaction to him.

Knicks have a big three.
KP - 29pts 11rebs 1blk (+20 plus/minus)
Melo - 18pts 11rebs 5ast 2blks (+19)
Afflalo - 16pts 3reb 3ast (+22)
It seriously reminds me a bit of how the 2008-10 Celtics were made up. Obviously KP is not MVP level KG... yet... but the team makeup feels similar in some weird way. Melo sacrificing a few of shots for better team cohesion a la Paul Pierce... etc...

I think he did a little. This video is post game, but you can see him pause. I don't think even he expected this sort of thing yet...
Anyone notice how happy Melo is with KP? I don't remember him being this happy with any other teammate.
