Folks, I guess you don't get it. We have lost half the games we've played in! Are you happy to eat half a Thanksgiving meal? Are you happy to see half of JAWS? Were you happy to see Bargnani play half a season for us in 2013? Of course not. Real fans want it all. We want a full meal, we want to see the shark explode, we want to see Bargnani play a full 82 for the Knicks.

My point is this, you can't be happy with half. I know Bargnani is the easy guy to bash, but he only played half a season for us in 2013. Durant did that last year for OKC . Do you see their fans bash him?

Durant should have gotten bashed too. He is no better than Bargs and should not receive any preferential treatment. Durant wasn't even a number one pick. And he is skinnier.
I like Durant. I'd put him as one of the greatest to ever play. He seems a decent guy, his play is spectacular. He's already reached that Derek Jeter status of never to be bashed.

First of all you should be reminded we didn't even win 6 games till January last year... 2 we've had the toughest schedule in the NBA, 3 huge improvement from last year
Because last year, after our first 12 matches, we were 3-9.
Plus, in those 6 loses, the Knicks player really well against playoff teams.

You look at who we played, how we played, and the combination of injuries, rookies, and new teammates on this roster, and you realize that 6-6 is not a bad start, even though it could have been better.
I agree 6-6 is not bad considering new group of guys, teams we have played.
I just don't like this happy groundswell. In the East we are sitting 10th right now out of 15 teams. That's lousy in most books.
The Knicks brought in 8 new guys and had 5 return. Only one guy returning was a first round pick and only two of the returnees were nba draft picks. It was as close to a complete rebuild as could be done. The schedule has been tough and this group of guys like each other, play hard for each other and already have a chemistry on the court. You could make a convincing argument that the Knicks won the Hornets game if the clock was managed correctly. Also, the cavs had a 5 point swing on that travel call on Anthony when James was having his body slap party in the paint.
They said this team was gonna suck again only not quite as bad!!! This team does not suck! That's an early win. Now this team has to keep building off of this just as the Warriors had to BUILD to become what they are now! They didn't just magically transform in one season! As usual it's all about PERSPECTIVE!

You seem to be obsessed with saying people on these boards are like attractive blondes (first Supergirl and now Taylor Swift)- it's a bit weird...
Going from an un-watchable team to a watchable team will bring a smile on my face. If I see improvement from last year debacle then I will have a smile on my face.
We're not just better than last year, we're much better. And remember 6-6 was done with a tough schedule. Rome wasn't built in a day, but this season we've took a very big step forward.
Im not happy about being 6-6 BUT im happy with our progress. Also we could easily be 10-2 in a tough schedule to start the year. Porzingis looks like a steal and kids like galloway and grant are coming along well
