Yes, Melo should. He should've sat out tonight

who is knocking melo? God forbid we can be excited for a rookie who already a beast

Yep.
What some of the bozos around here don't understand is that each will make the other better.
This is a team.

Exactly. Let us celebrate a huge win hugely impacted by KP.

bozos? Thats not a fair comment by yourself. People arent bashing melo, they are praising KP and rightfully so. Unfortunetly some are so paranoid they think everything is hate on melo which is untrue

If Melo doesn't break out of his shooting woes then it will be close like it is now. I just like the fact that they are both doing well on both sides of the ball.
Melo is holding players 14.5% below their avg. I think players are shooting somewhere in the 35-39% range against him.
KP is like Walt says up and down on both sides but he seems to never play back to back bad games.
Forget that fake defensive Stat, Melo had 0 assists and 3 turnovers. 5 fouls in 23 minutes
He had no legs tonight at all. He should sit the back end of back to backs
KP had 7pts 6rebs last night and was schooled by Ibaka.
THE POINT IS IT IS NICE TO HAVE TWO STARS, so one can pick up the other.
he wasnt schooled by ibaka. He wasnt getting enough touches last night
He didn't get touches because Ibaka is a fantastic defender. Also, Ibaka schooled him on offense several times.
I love KP, but Ibaka outplayed him last night and you're lying to yourself if you're trying to argue otherwise.
Again, the point is - the Knicks have two stars and that is a good thing.

14 on 5-10, 1-2 from 3, 6 boards, +7 in 25 mins.
This isn't healthy CB, this is borderline delusional … and a bit concerning.

I don't count you in the bozo class.
Buut again, the point of this thread is that each of the past four games we've had a star score 24pts or more and lead us to victory - and it's been Melo and KP alternating. And I think that is a very very good thing and makes this team very interesting.

Also, his three point shot with like two minutes left was huge, his layup that was goaltended was huge, his free throws down the stretch were huge, his defense was huge. And he created space for the entire rest of the team by his very pressence.
Having two stars is nice.

I can play this game too.
Not healthy bigbasketballs, let Melo go. He isn't the now or the future.
This game let's celebrate KP, and stop bringing up the past.
The knicks actually have 3 very good players.Never forget Captain Gallo

melo fits best as the number 2 guy IMO even a complimentary player. I feel it will help Melo and the team

Robin Melo is best for team chemistry and offensive continuity. KP carried the load all within the flow of the offense.
KP with 6 blocks was ridic, and huge blocks on Harden as well.
Fish subbing out Melo on defense was sublime.

KP is not a goto player. Melo has to be this guy and look to facilitate more for others.

When did NBA basketball become about 1 player and pitting whoever had the best game against everyone else.
KP was the best player on the floor tonight.
Knicks had a handful of other good performances too.
How do you not know this is a good thing?

All the time, it expends less energy than shooting.
Snap out of it guys. As zing says. Melo does it nightly. Have your fun bashing. Melo won that game down the stretch and zing won it overall. That three by Melo was awesome.
Try to not say something bad about Melo. If you can't. You are just hating. You don't have to say something nice. But it's weak after winning 4 in a row seeing "Melo should have sat" or "Melo didn't pass enough" b
Keep it up. The ignore list is growing.
Go Knicks. Boo haters.

melo haters and melo lovers are equally annoying. I just try to be objective. He played well last night but played poorly tonight...its that simple
