Andrew/Martin - Is there any way to do this directly from my phone on the new mobile app? Also i tried posting the picasa link using the IMAGE button but that seems to not work as well.

as with any pic, the pic needs to reside on some server like http://imgur.com/ or https://picasa.google.com/, from there you need to figure out what the URL is. If you can't, just post your picasa link and someone will help you out.
