The attack Jose offense is doing wonders for the Blazers

I like both players....fisher is just asking way too much out of Williams right now. The dude is just an offensive juggernaut

I don't know why they kept forcing the Side Triangle with RoLo in the 1st place.
If Jose isn't going to shoot he needs to sit. Such a liability on defense and not contributing on O
Even on breaks. He quasi-pushes just to pull out. No attack mentality

haha so true! I can hear the opposing coach every game during timeouts..."okay guys...we need to take over this game now...attack jose off the dribble every time!"

This is Knicks worst opponent in a long while.
Portland has a better record than Sacramento.
Fish can motivate, but he is a terrible coach

And yet Fish brought him back rather than play Jerian! SMH!

Agreed I actually like rolo but that's an absolute poor fit for him. Really struggles. MIT be so,etching he can develop over time but rly horrible to watch
I'd put KP in that roll and rolo on the weakside he'd get more offensive boards that way too

Do you think Jerian is in the dog house? If so they should give him a couple of games in Westchester. Not a lot of defense played in the d league. It probably would help him get his confidence back.
Phil MUST oach this team from a far for Fisher to succeed. Phil must make all the calls: who should start, the ten men rotation how many minutes they MUST play, etc.

So true! Nothing irks me more than when we have a fastbreak and Jose dribbles in the paint and then dribbles it out and it becomes a halfcourt set, or those few time he gets to the rim and just dribbles around in the lane and dribbles back out. If he's not shooting his jumper, he serves no purpose on the court!

He needs to really get his rotation fixed, which I think he is starting to figure out. Don't like the Jerian DNP. Still aside from the Starting Lineup, his other lineups were pretty good.
That final play of the half is how we should be doing it instead of having Anthony just start things off from the top of the key and wait.

Really poor coaching. If he's on the floor he needs to shoot. I'd move him to second unit so they get some consistent shooting there.
Bottom line: If Gallo, KOQ and DWILL play major minutes in the 2nd half and actually play crunch time minutes, we have a shot to win this game. If Fish goes back to the starting 5 to close the game, we will lose again.

Fish is gonna be really hard on his PG's. I'm not sure what he wants from Jerian but he didn't play him so I guess he's in the dog house. They might D League Jerian to give him some work.

Don't get me started......I said he should start simply because he can play the SF and PF.....Gives Melo some flexibility on who to guard. With KP, he can't guard most SF...and quicker PF's. But Dwill, Lance can guard both positions.
I think between Melo dominating the ball....and Rolo dominating the paint, it's hurting KP. Then when KP is at center, he's not strong enough to hold his ground, and gets moved out of the paint, which minimizes his rim protection.
I still want to see Grant and KP play a 2 man game.....

I had a sense he did this. Early in the games they were actually feeding KP. I had to rub my eyes to make sure. I think KP played poorly simply because he was they were surprised they were passing to him
