Yeah why T F did he keep taking his mask off--why did he wear a mask in the first place. He looked like he had awesome power at first then a storm trooper gave him a good fight??? I cant point to so many things in this movie--it was simply lame --horribly lame.
Looks like Rey & Kylo Ren are sister & brother. With Rey being the Luke character living as a nomad in the desert; while Kylo Ren is Leia growing up with privilege (hence the spoiled brat)
JJ Abrams & the writers made this into an unoriginal movie; but I guess they had to so Disney can introduce Star Wars to a new generation.

You guys are complaining about not being original. There are some real Star wars freaks that wanted to kill themselves over this movie. They wanted it to be like the books. Turns out it won't be, not even a little.
I think you have to sit back and just enjoy it for what it was. It was a dope Sci fi action drama. Not perfect, but it's fantasy not real life. Can't cry about it being unrealistic when we're talking jedi, aliens, "the force" etc....
also alot at complaining about repeats of the past. That happens. Not to offend, but out real life "Desert Storm" war with Iraq had a sequel and that happens after 911 when Bush goes in and kills Sadam. I use that just to make the point that some things change others stay the same. Same with all wars. There's always a chief antagonist that everyone has to overcome through strategy and luck....aka the residence and the force
