We can begin signing players to 10 day contracts after January 5th. I was previously torn between on who should get the 1st 10 day contract to fill our last roster spot. I have been keeping tabs on Jimmer Fredette and Travis Trice. They both have been looking nice in the D League. I am currently leaning toward giving it to Jimmer 1st.
Jimmer has looked really good in the D League. He is shooting 3's at 46% He has been making some good passes and has been a willing passer. He has not just been a 3pt shooter he drives to the hoop a lot more than I expected and he also looks a lot more comfortable in the triangle offense than he did in the beginning.
It's gonna be very interesting to see who they bring in and if there are any early moves made before the trade deadline. This team needs to be better balanced so we know something is gonna be done. Just don't know what exactly.
Jimmer is OK but I can imagine that they're gonna be looking really hard to find the best possible option. I'm not sure Jimmer is it.
