Don't forget where this team was before this season cause we had nothing in trade assets or draft picks to get the players needed. I think some of us forget that this is the beginning of the rebuild and it's gonna take some time. I think the excitement that KP6 brought to the team has made us forget that this is still a rebuild that we're in and it will be at least two more years until we/re really any good.

No one thought KP would be this good this fast. The anticipation would be that he'd play 15-20 minutes at 4, yet he's almost doubled that. He's the guy you HAVE to play down the stretch. I don't think Phil or anyone thought KP would be this good or valuable.
Still, I'd much rather have Lopez than KP full time at 5, or Quinn. Lopez has a lot of length and ability to do things.

The Jose for Chandler trade was a terrible trade. The fact that we took on an extra year of Jose's contract and got nothing back for Tyson in return--a former Defensive Player of the Year--is embarrassing. No way to spin that trade. Time for Phil to accept it and for us to cut our losses.
