Lopez for faried Denver doesn't have a center

Jose for Kevin Martin seems to lost his role in minny and Jose gives them another Spanish guard
Would the other teams do it ? I don't know ?

Faried would be awesome on this team
Varied would struggle in this offense around these guards and his defense is pathetic. If you go to a PnR offense okay but if you do that why trade Lopez?

I didn't know faried was aweful on defense? It's surprising cause of his high motor
I like Jose for Kevin Martin and that funky shot. I think the Knicks could find another point guard in the d league. I don't like the Faried trade.
Anything with a pulse would be good for Jose. Prefer a penetrating guard that can defend but like I said, Martin would be a lot better than Jose. Faried would be awesome. High energy defender and runs hard on fast breaks. And Denver snow much better for Sasquatch.

I know, but I just don't see a team moving a good to really good pg for those players. Also I like moving KP to the 5 and getting a rebound hound at the 4... As for Jose I just want to move him, he's not helping the team with his play. I think we can find a upgrade via d league over Jose at pg . If we can just move him for any player that can contribute it will be a plus.
But yes I know our # 1 need is a pg.
Lopez is here to stay and Calderon is your typical floor general in a half court offense like ours. The issue is Calderon should be a back up.
Lopez is good for this team - high motor challenges shots plays hard can hit a hook in the post and hold post position.
This team will look so much better if they had a point guard to push Calderon to a backup role and a shooting guard who could take some load of Afflalo (or not have the team rely on Afflalo having to score 20 a night because he can't).
We have some nice pieces - but need more.

Then you need to bone up on your GM duties if you don't know how a player would fit.
I don't think KP is ready to play starter minutes at the 5.
The idea for a guard is to get a player who is undervalued and would blossom in knicks system.
I like Faried and its a nice idea to have a high tempo forward. I know its only like 30 games but we ready to give up on DWilliams?

Afflalo would be a great bench player as well!!!! 6th man role type instant offense.
On a good team.
We are not there yet.
Faried only bothers putting in the effort 30-40% of games. The last two coaches have called him out on it. He doesn't play defense and can't shoot. He needs the team to run a lot to thrive. We don't run at all- how does getting him make any sense?

Nuggets have 2 young / affordable centers they like in Nurkic/Jokic --- I don't think they'd be in a rush to move Faried for RoLo but not positive.
Again, we gonna give KP6 starters minutes at the 5?
Shved is under contract in Russia for 3 years. He is not coming back.
Man I miss shved, I thought Phil was crazy not to sign him back after his breakout time with us... Instead he signed Lou,Lance,and Saraphin
I'd take shved over all three of those guys anyday
