Elijah Millsap 6-6 g/f was just waived by Utah. I remember he played pretty well against us the game we lost to Utah.
Christian Wood has been waived by Philly.
More to come
One reason not to rush to sign Fredette quite yet.
League-wide guaranteed contract date is January 7th at 5pm.
Wow, Jazz are cold blooded. They are 6M under the cap and still cutting salary
We need a PG, but so do other teams

If i'm an Agent i'm trying to get my PG to NY. We have the least competition in the way for a starting job. It's a great market and a team that is not that far off from being a winning team with the right player. It's a near perfect landing spot for a player looking for a high profile starting spot.

not if you think that ball dominating PG's are less important to this system and we set the fewest picks for our PG's

Not all PG's are PURE PG's that are like a Jason Kidd. Many are actually Combo Guards that could thrive in this system, where they aren't expected to run the entire team all the time. In this system it's better for a scoring PG that has some passing but is GREAT at getting to the basket and shooting. Not every PG is actually great at PnR, contrary to popular belief.

I agree. Also, even though Utah waived Milsap, there are only 5 teams with a roster spot open to sign a player to a ten day contract. The Knicks are in position to potentially get a rotation player or a good developmental player.
