I don't fault fisher for no timeout. That goes both ways. Gives pops more time to set up D. Give their old guys a breather.
We just needed Jose to hit the shot. Too bad it wasn't AA. He got hot
newyorker4ever wrote:where was the foul on KP??
Had the horn sounded? Could not figure it out from the replay.
Knowing where the game was, if Calderon had made the shot they would have called it off and called KP for a foul.

to be fair we got away with a clear foul just before
To be fair? Come on man
even other posters pointed it out. God forbid i point out what happened. Its not like i want the knicks to get called for fouls
I think it was a makeup call. Molloy is a good ref. That's fair in NBA reffing. On the no call on Kawhi, which absolutely should've been a foul, we got a 3-point play layup by Galloway.
you just lost all credibility
How exactly?
i think it's been well documented by many knicks fans who actually watch games that malloy always makes bad calls against us.
Knicks came within 2pts of sweeping what everyone said would be their toughest road trip of the season.
Now the key is to bring that intensity against the likes of the Bucks and the Celtics next few games.
no timeout was a good call -- they got the shot they needed for win . . .

right i thought we had a 20 second timeout left?
TIMEOUT COACH...THIS ISN'T THE LAKER CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM WITH KOBE AND SHAQ
So the Spurs can set their defense?
Yes...just like they did with KP's lob.....come on now!
Melo made the right pass, just as he has done many other times (Jared Jeffries against Boston) but for me personally i want my Big Dawg taking Big Time shots at crunch time.

this
this squared
Are you really that jaded that you are happy after losing when we could have won this game at the end?
broadwaystorm wrote:No holding nothing high the FACT IS they had a shot at the end to win the game clean and they choked.
GTFOH! Knicks didn't choke! They lost a hard fought game!
What a game even though we lost we are coming along great
dk7th wrote:fisher screwed up that game. we could have used that last time out and run the lob play to kp again. instead it's give it to melo.
no. wrong.
dk7th wrote:that MOTHERFUKKING aldridge hooked kp's leg on that last play!!!!!! dirty filthy dirty play. bad no call that's a loose ball foul!!!!!
Yea I thought I saw an off the ball foul there on KP
JrZyHuStLa wrote:Those easy layups by Parker were the mistakes, not Fisher's lack of using a timeout.
yup, agree 100%... our guards are turnstiles
fitzfarm wrote:Fish not calling the time out at the end? Why? We could have drawn something up
Exactly. You work your butt off to get back in the game and your coach fails to do the one damn thing he's paid to do -- give your team a chance to actually win the game by drawing up a play at end of the game. Fish is NOT Popovich.
ActionJackson wrote:Malcolm wrote:Carmelo passed the ball on that play (!) What a great victory for team play . . .
THIS
They need to get a hypnotist into the locker immediately and let them believe they won the game.
This is the type of ending a coach has to build on.

Melo is not Kobe, MJ, or Durrant.....Thats was a terrible way to end the game.
Timeout all day....It was a failed play from the very beginning, when Gallo was trying to give the ball to Melo, instead of being aggressive.

this is about as dumb as you can get. calderon had a good look - the shot didn't go in.

Saying Ed Malloy is a good ref. Malloy is brutal and un predictable.
If we had a speedy guard that had great breakdown ability we could do some different things at the end of games. Parker shows how that speed impacts the game!

im not somebody who whines about calls but i do watch/ go to every game. We didnt lose because of the refs. I am proud of the knicks though
