not really, he calls it down the middle which i like
Yeah i'd rather not have the announcer for my team laugh when the other team makes a big block down the stretch in what was a big play that we needed. To each their own i guess.
If I could venture a guess, Clyde is clearly not a fan of one on one play. He pretty much says it every time we iso Melo (Knicks not moving the ball; no ball movement from the Knicks; too much one on one) and may feel sort of vindicated when they result in a bad possession. Of course I could be wrong.
i agree teamball. I doubt he was laughing because he wants NY to lose
Hahahahaha and there it is...lol
You were right he was laughing, i apologize i thought he wasnt. My bad
Apology accepted.
cool lets call a truce. I respect your bball knowledge
I know you're being sarcastic but i can admit i take a lot of stuff personal when people are talking crap about anything Knicks especially in a close game like this and during the game.
i wasnt being sarcastic, i think you are a good poster with a lot of basketball knowledge which makes for good conversations
Well thank you man. I know i get a little angry at certain people when they say certain things but it's only with the love of my Knicks in mind.
no problem. Just remember im a straight arrow. I dont have agendas or hate toward any player, coach, etc. However i try to be honest even if its not always positive
Well you're a stand up man and please just remember that when we do go at it on here about something we disagree on that that's all it is is a disagreement.
im glad to hear that. Sometimes i feel you go too far toward me but i dont hold a grudge. At the end of the day its only basketball

Well that's just me when it comes to any of my sports teams.
It is amazing what a good PG can do for a team. The Sixers went from a team we would go up 30 on easily to a competitive team. Can you imagine how good we can become if we get a decent PG?

He's 11 for his last 19fga in the past three games.

Yes...I've been saying that for 2 months. We would be a bonafide playoff team that a lot of teams would not want to face. We are one good pg away from being a quality team.
What a strange game--the only thing I care about is that KP is not hurt. My worst fear is that KP is injured when he runs in for a play like that I can see they are preventative about taping his knees but hes just so long that he has to be cognizant of coming down at awkward angles if he can avoid it.

He's starting to pick up a few injuries- usually when that starts happening your body is asking you for some rest. if the foots not serious I would still like to rest him for a week

Counting this game he is 27/51 over the last 11 games

I agree about resting him for a game or two. I know his goal is to play all 82.

I've always liked the idea that he is so tall and long he usually doesn't have to jump too high with his vertical, which is how many high flying players get hurt...unfortunately he does go Kamikaze on the offensive rebounds, sometimes.

This is the first game I missed all season. Was working and followed the game score on my phone.
Guys can you tell me how KP hurt himself and was it serious? Did he play after he hurt it? He seemed to be on the bench in the highlights I saw, even in the OT's. So couldn't have been that bad.
With a guy like him, the one fear is injuries because of his size. Especially at 7'3. And the way he was dunking the ball tonight damn man. You would think at some point he's going to get some injuries playing the way he does, and him playing all these minutes.
Good decision to keep him out of the game.

KP came over Noel's back going for an offensive rebound/putback... came down awkwardly on Noel's foot or body. Foot?...Ankle...Don't know what the actual injury but he came up limping.
We will see.
No X-ray for KP's foot, but they should take a close look at it. The one thing you don't play around with is a guy his size with some sort of foot problem. A nagging one can turn into something heavy.

Agreed. That would be a nightmare.

He sat the 4th and didnt play until the 2nd OT. Didnt make sense. We lost that big lead with Lopez on the bench. Didn't make sense.
Agreed. I was wondering at the time if he'd picked up an injury. We couldn't get stops in the 4th, and our best defender doesn't see the court? Bizarre.
Pistons, Celtics, Magic and Wizards all losing today was a nice bonus after our win.
