Knicks · Let's see how our tall PGS do against 5-10 Kemba (page 1)

BRIGGS @ 1/23/2016 12:17 PM
Walker tonight
foosballnick @ 1/23/2016 1:24 PM
Calderon is 6'3" and Galloway (who may likely be guarding Walker at least for some of the time) is 6'2". Wouldn't rank either of these guys as tall by NBA standards. Is this thread a set-up for some other theme such as sending Grant (who is a tall PG) to the D League?

I think what we will need in the future is a break down pg who can hit a three-- that will ensure a guy like kp never shoots 4/17. Doesn't matter if the guy is 6 feet

He's actually 6'1"

5 foot 4 walker is doing fantastic!

3 for 13 in the first half!

He did come through when it counted. Walker is not a Pg

YES

Why is Kemba a 5'4" shooting guard? I think everyone's favorite point guard is basically a shooting guard. Mike Conley comes to mind.

only alley oops? Can he score? We need Erik Greenblatt who can score

I don't think charlottes guards played particuraly well they lacked discipline but they showed a great deal of superiority in making plays. Our guards can't make plays with the dribble.

charlotte guards created 95 percent of their shots off picks. We are the worst picking team in the league by 100 miles

Nobody in the leagues stop's Kemba Walker. Last nite AA could not hit the side of a barn, nobody could hit a shot!!!
Lin broke it down and did what he does well.

I agree. This is precisely why AA and Carmelo have to work so hard to find the airspace to shoot the ball. Is thAt a coaching issue or scheme? Please don't blame the triangle, because the Bulls and Lakers had deadly shooters on the court at all times when Jackson coached it
