Hahahahaha you're so funny. Your boy AA has completely ruined this game for us.

I will blame both fisher and AA

Not Calderon?? Hahahaha you're a clown.

We certainly been the best in the league at blowing 4th double digit leads and the main reason is all the 4th quarter play-calling & isos. Been an issue for the past 4yrs

Great blew a double digit lead in 3 minutes

broadwaystorm @ 1/26/2016 10:22 PM
We lost because both our starting guards are garbage.

You're right, If Calderon played in the OT, it would have been a W (insert laugh)

the next phase of his game? he's 30. he's not going to magically learn how to pass.

ps- how'd you like serpahin today?

You said the same thing about Carmelo:))). Seraphin is always good for one good game out of 10

maybe if they gave him consistent 15 mins per he would be an allstar

Some of you need to wake up and find a basketball IQ. Fisher just caoched a great game and brought us to OT against OKC without Melo. Great coaching job.

agreed. okc is 33-13 and the team fought tooth and nail all the way to OT. great job by all, tough to win without melo though. anyone who "blames" this game on fisher doesn't know a damn thing about the game of basketball.

you dont know jack about bball...you dont give the ball to the player who's been missing all night long. affalo is NOT melo

yes, but who called his number over and over and over again...miss after miss

Again, like Riley did with Starks once upon a time. Coaches go with their gut. AA makes one of those shots and this conversation is completely different. Who's to say another player would've done any better? We don't and it's pure second guessing since the result wasn't what we wanted.

i am sorry but how many iso affalo did we see play after play after play in the last 5 mins of 4th quarter. i mean are you kidding me that he coached a good game...its not how you start...it's how you finish

coaches coach and players are supposed to execute. afflalo is not executing what the coach is play calling.

I hope to god you are wrong because if Fisher is calling these plays we might as well re-hire Michael J. Woodson. At least we'd be better defensively. This team can't stop anyone. Not even bad teams

of course he called those plays. Can't believe there are posters that think this is/may not be the case

Yes and no.
AA has tunnel vision.
This is an offense where all 5 players have to pass.
He has a complete pass to gun, and not even look at making a pass. No other player, even Melo, is held to that standard.

I've been saying for a few weeks. AA is a great bench guy. We need a starting 2 that passes the ball and scores. Everyone wants a PG, and Grant/Galloway have shown again and again they can play there - most important defend there.

But to have a 2 in the Triangle or the type of offense we run who plays so one dimensional is an issue. I don't mind he is aggressive. I mind that he doesn't look to pass when guys are wide open. Once he has the ball he doesn't even think about any kind of open teammate. That's idiotic basketball.

TPercy @ 1/26/2016 10:24 PM
My question is what was Fisher's reasoning for letting Afflalo go iso on countless plays?
Where was Calderon? KP?
magicTs @ 1/26/2016 10:24 PM
New York Giants. New York Knicks. How good would both be in the 2016-16 season without 4th quarters!!!

God would I love to see Durrant beside KP and Melo at MSG next October.

Who designated AA the go to guy? Not even JR shoots 5-20 something. At least JR hit the occasional big shot despite shooting poorly and an occasional good pass when he felt like it

Cartman718 @ 1/26/2016 10:25 PM
from playing triangle in the last 3 mins of the 4th quarter... we went back to iso play....whose call was that...?

Just over here in radioland but wasn't there some guard who came off OKC's bench and hit four threes? Who was that?

We could ands should have won this game. The last four possessions in regulation with AA isolating are the reasons why we lost. Who do you blame ??? Some of you will kill AA, but as a coach, when you called two TOs and drew the same play to feed the same dude who missed in the previous two possessions, you have to assume some of the blames

Kemet @ 1/26/2016 10:26 PM
Later for the OT loss ...I like this Knicks team without Melo in the rotation
How Clyde put it ...these Knicks players came out to compete !!!!
