Something odd is going on with his legs. He's having problems dribbling. He's having trouble doing things he's supposed to be good at. He's very weak and wobbly. I don't like his posture.
The Knicks are really in trouble at guard. I know we all want Grant to succeed, but it's more than simply playing him more or running special plays for him. He's just not playing well. He's 24 years old too so that's a little scary.
is it just me or does he take really weird strides? Reminds me of magic johnson's steps but grant should be a speed player.

I just think his Playing time in soo inconsistent and that turns into inconsistent play.
Never knows, when he's going to play, if he's going to play, will he be the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th man off the bench, will he get 10, 14, 20 minutes. I know the saying ALWAYS BE READY, but what if someone came to pick you up from work every single day at a different time, and just told you to be ready, and some days they don't even show up..

I agree alot the steps. He has a weird stride. Like he has tendinitis or something. He looks alot luke his dad and uncle. Like imagine Horace trying to run the point. That's how he's moving around. Not a good sign.

did not watch him much in college but on the knicks he always had these weird looking steps. Don't know why it always stuck out at me and if you watch, let me know if you see what I mean about magic johnson

That's a tired excuse. He needs to earn that playing time. He's not playing well enough to just five him a solid 24 mins a night... he's already getting 16 mins a night on the season. Gotta stop giving guys excuses. He's out there he's got to show what he can do. He just isn't.
I'm really worried about his physical mechanics. He doesn't look good

exactly. yeah lets treat a #19 pick like he's the overall #1 and give him playing time regardless of his performance. that would be foolish.

Tight hips!!! He plays too straight up and with his feet too close. Needs a wider base so he has better balance too. Still that's not why he's not successful. It's in his head. Game is still too fast for him in terms of reading the D and making quicker decisions. It's gotta happen faster! He freezes and the moment passes.

All great reasons why he needs to see the d league for a while.
love this AA
briggs would love the hook attempt
why does koq jump early on every board and never actually box out his man?
whoops not the game thread ... sorry guys

Send him to the dleague as well. Should've been fixed his first couple of years in the league
Unless the Knicks pick up a guard this is a non issue. The lack of depth will prevent the Knicks from sending Grant down. So why continue to discuss something that won't happen?

Yes I am. I also see the Knicks depth chart. Again unless the Knicks pick up another guard this is a non issue. You might as well start another Wroten, freddette, green thread.

don't care who we get to help but if we leave grant in there we are just helping toronto get a better pick. Who cares if grant is growing but is he growing?
