Are they gonna make a big trade today that you're not telling us about?? Or is Calderon gonna be back for Sunday so he can put his lock down defense on Steph?? Maybe Steph, Dray and Klay will sit to rest on Sunday?Just having fun but you never know what can happen in a NBA game if you get the best out of your players in that game. If we can get the team that was playing great before Melo stepped on the refs foot we have a chance.
One of the many obstacles is that Curry will come into this game extra hyped to put on a show. I'd love for us to beat them, though- as great a player as he is, I do find Curry's schtick annoying
We defend the 3 pretty well, but we also collapse often on players penetrating the defense off the dribble, leaving guys open for kick outs. So it'll be on Fisher to tell the guys to stay out on the 3 point shooters. Not to let them just get open 3's. If they make contested 3's, so be it. If they make great drives over our 7 footers, so be it.
I can't say I expect a win - I just want to see us compete the right way.
I'm w Briggs. But the he way to beat GS is not to run w them but to pound them. Heavy doses of big lineups. Melo at 3. Maybe LT at 2.
We will lose. It's a certainty.
I think Knicks could beat them if Warriors take the Knicks too lightly, which they might.

I'm sure Fisher will tell his guys to play up on them at the 3 point line but it will be on the players to actually do it and this team is so fast and knows how each teammate plays so well that they'll get open for 3 point shots no matter who's out there.
It's all about match ups in the NBA. I think the Knicks actually match up well with golden state. Biggest thing is the Knicks actually play defense.
Don't underestimate the power of positivity. If we get behind our guys we might be able to do it.
Cmon guys. The Bucks beat them. Let's generate some positive karmA
Will be a good call Briggs if you can put into detail how they will do it in advance.
i hope fish starts galloway. he's the only one that has a good chance of defending curry. didn't he give curry problems last year
We can give them a game if we play tenacious defense and the refs let us play that way. We're at home so it could happen.

This dude is zig zagging and shooting lights out against the entire league, what the heck is galloway going to do
I think his does not end well for us. We have a few bigs that are afraid to step out of the paint on D. KOQ,Lopez and Seraphin will kill us if they play and don't get out on 3's.

The best defenders can't stop Curry.

One of the bad things about Madison Square Garden being our home court is that all other players love playing there and turn their games up when they play at the Garden so we always have to be at our best when we're at home. Lets also not forget that it's the place that Steph and Dell wanted to play. They were hoping that we would draft him cause they wanted him in New York and playing for MDA.
