Knicks · if you can have any punt guard in the league.... (page 3)

I like Cory Joseph too in Toronto. I think he would be excellent for us. He's wasted playing behind Lowry. He needs his own team.

I like him too but he has not played well lately.

He's actually been playing great as the first guard off the bench the last 5-6 games..... with your imagination stat observing self

the 3 for 9 game or 2 for 8? which one are you imagining was great play?

Cory Joseph is not a starter so you can low ball Toronto a little. The Knicks just don't have the right mix to trade for him as far as salaries. I would trade Seraphin and Grant which is fare but the Knicks would still be off alot 30-40% in salary

That was the last 2 games. Try looking at the last 5-6 games. Also did you notice any other stats from those games worth mentioning? Or are you just overall buzz kill?

I have been noticing that his WS48 has steadily been diving after he started off the year really well.

His 26% 3 point % is not helping.

Do people see what is keeping Chalmers efficiency up? He is avg over 7 ftas a game per 36. He has never been close to that in his career. His other numbers are not that good. He has been good at getting steals though so maybe he is a good defender. He had a rep as a good defender but AA had a rep as a good defender.
yellowboy90 @ 2/3/2016 10:37 PM
What about inquiring about C.J. Watson with Orl. With their log jam at guard maybe they want to get out of Watson's contract. Seraphin and Lou or Thanasis would get it done.

how about sessions? He seems destined to finally be on this team?

How about Lin? Better than all these bums you guys are tossing around

The funny thing is Lin is on a 2.1mil a year deal. He is good and comes cheap. He would be perfect for us but we were not interested in him. It seems like we put too much faith in Grant and too little faith in KP and those decisions messed us up this year. This may be hindsight but I think if we kept Shved and signed Lin our guard situation would be set. if we were able to resign Cole or Jason Smith instead of signing the wastes that are KOQ and Seraphin we would probably be right there for a playoff spot.

Lin would be great here. The sad thing is that he and Melo actually had some chemistry when they played together. Melo just didn't like it.

Lin would be by far the best guard on our roster.

Rose - this is New York. Once away from the Bulls, he can run it, pass it and drive to the hole without being stopped.

He's 34% from 3 and 47% from 2 point range this year. Those #s are 36 and 48% career-wise. That's reasonably good efficiency.

But in theory anyone can be wonderful once they come here. Rose hasn't played well since 2011-12.
