The offer to Fredette and his denial

The Greens are also in the market for one more backcourt player and they tried once more to lure in Europe a player who is more than well known in the States. Panathinaikos made a great offer to Jimmer Fredette, but he denied the chance to play for the Greeks who had approached him also in the recent past.

Fredette remains a member of the Westchester Knicks and he didn’t want to leave the States due to family reasons. He is also still trying to get an NBA deal and he wanted to play in the NBDL All Star Game, hoping that he will get one more chance in the NBA.

Prospect Watch: NBA teams are monitoring Fredette’s defense and point guard play closely as he pushes to be the NBA D-League’s next Call-Up. But Jimmer has made one thing clear, in case it wasn’t already: He can flat-out stroke it. The Westchester Knicks star has hovered around the elite 50-40-90 shooting percentages throughout the season.

Anyone know why he went out after the first quarter last night?

I went to their site and ended up watching the first half of the game. He didn't get hurt but it seems like he may have left the bench as I didn't see him during time outs. Also, Bogans looked good in limited minutes. He looks a guy that should be on an nba roster.

At the start of the second half they said he was feeling under the weather. Not related to a foot injury he had awhile ago.

Fredette was on fire for the first few minutes of the game. He looked NBA ready as his team opened up a big lead against a very good team. After he left and didn't return the other team caught up before the baby Knicks prevailed at the very end.
