The game just started on MSG tonight and I love what I'm seeing from this team so far. They jumped off to an early lead.
Jimmer looks bigger than I remembered him and his handle and creativity looks really good. He looks like an NBA backup pg right now.
And I love that we have some real young prospects who show some promise: Trice looks like a legit pg prospect; Bachinski a legit backup C prospect and Atkins is a backup, rotation PF/SF option--all guys Phi signed this summer out of college who we seem to be developing. Even Saunders--a SG prospect--has looked good in this game.
This team is fun to watch---maybe even more fun than the real Knicks at times. Check them out if you have the chance.
at least one knicks team is balling. completely irrelevant to NBA knicks though
I'm starting to think that if Phil can't land an impact guard soon then we need to start playing for next year by trading AA, Jose, DWill, Seraphin and O'Quinn for young players or picks. We should then bring up Fredette, Trice, Atkins and Bachynski and play them. Let Grant start too.

It is too bad it isn't more of a true minor league system. I think Mike Miller is doing a really good job with the W-Knicks. I remember reading that one of the reasons a coaching change happened was because the Knick front office was so disappointed with the lack of development they saw from Thanasis after a year in Westchester.
