Knicks · Anyone have KP highlights from the Rising Stars game? (page 1)

Sounds like KP had a good night with 30pts.

I had to miss the game. Any highlights?

I got the hookup!

Awesome! Thank you

Man, that was awesome. His athleticism stands out even in a game of young athletic dudes.

And I think you can see that when he's more relaxed his shooting stroke is even better.

Terrible game to watch, IMO. Lots of chucking from the 3pt line, guys just being allowed to take it inside for dunks, and guys trying to set others up for lob dunks. Lots of athleticism.

No stress, and guys were shooting pretty well from the outside, for the most part.

KP looked fine, and realized early on that it was not the type of game where you needed to expend any energy, although there was some better competition the last couple of minutes.

Funniest moment for me was that early in the game I saw KP trying to tell someone where to go on D as they were coming down the court to "defend." He learned early on that he was wasting his time.

He got talked up a lot by the announcers, which was great for our franchise. Seemed to have some fans at the game, too.

Don't think they mentioned he was from Latvia in the introduction, by the way, unless my feed missed it.

It was just great to watch a young Knick player being a star and fan favorite. We've waited so long for a young kid like this. He had fun and didn't get hurt. A win all the way around.

The 2015 draft has been one of the best drafts in a while in terms of impact talent. They said the 2014 draft was suppose to be much better and that hasnt been the case besides wiggins and parker

You didn't even have guys like Johnson, Turner, and Portis in this game, either, and Kaminsky will be better in the upcoming years, too.

We were lucky to have a high pick this year, no doubt about it, and both Grant and Hernangomez are going to be seen as solid picks in the future, IMO.

Wow that was very interesting. I'm shocked that Webber went with LaVine over KP. Webber was speaking very highly of KP as well. LaVine as a guard is gonna have so many more chances to score in a game like this. All those break away dunks LaVine had weren't really great plays as much as a function of the way All Star type games go. Missed shots, steals and turnovers lead to quick guards being able to leak out and get easy dunks. I just felt KP's performance was more impressive given how bigs usually don't do so well in these kinds of games.
