I was just coming to put this link on a thread. It looks like a article about Rubio but doesn't talk much about him at all.
He would be an upgrade, but his inability to make shots is not appealing
i wouldnt mind rubio (especially if he stays healthy) at all. excellent passer and solid defender. he cant shoot it consistently but he has improved on wide open 3s. my question is HOW can he be acquired...knicks DONT have any assets
MCW is cheaper and they both can shoot.

They both can or cannot shoot??? I prefer mcw cause he is taller and can improve his shooting. However, Rubio is the Better play maker
i cant start believing these rumors until they list the assets teams are interested in
Rubio Hernangomez, KP Seraphin Sasha Calderon - 1/2 foreign players.
He sucks. No thanks! I'don't rather they bring up Jimmer even though him producing would be a pleasant surprise.

Twolves might be wanting to shed his contract- it's a max and he isn't a max player and he has been injury prone.

Yeah but he'd still be a huge upgrade and the way he makes the game easier for the rest of the guys would be a huge help. I think we need to stop with all the talk about any point guard we get needs to be able to shoot cause you can still win games with a point guard like Rubio or Rondo who are both very good point guards that do everything but shoot and both will have their games that they are hitting shots even though it's rare. You put Rubio on this team and we're automatically a playoff team. I don't know if they'd make the playoffs this year cause we're in somewhat of a hole but i think there's a chance.

I think it's just another rumor that someone heard he can be had and that person just mentioned the Knicks cause of our need at PG. The only way we get a point guard like Rubio would be by adding a future 1st round pick to any deal so it's either just go for it and trade the pick or keep hoping we can get the right PG in the off season which is gonna be real hard to do cause i don't think Conley is leaving Memphis. We could look at it in the way of if we traded our 2018 1st round pick which is the next 1st rounder we're allowed to trade that it SHOULD be a low 1st rounder because with Melo, KP and lets put Rubio in there since that's who we're talking about we SHOULD be a good team in the east which would mean we'd be picking in the bottom of the 1st round which is a place that it's actually not that hard to either buy a 1st rounder or trade for one like we did last year. So is it worth giving that pick up to get a player that can help us win games and get to the playoffs is the question??
Rubio should be like a kid in a candy score in Minny with his skill set but yet they still want to unload him. Pass.
Minnesota needs to open up their offense and run with those horses they have. No way Rubio should be on the trade block. He should be averaging 15 assists a game. KAT, Wiggins, Lavine and that center from Louisville. They should be running and gunning
I want Kevin Martin.... it's not that the Knicks hand no assets, is just we can't match up salaries. All the contracts are out of wack

Martin for Jose works strait up on ESPN trade machine.

Why would Minnesota do that?

an upgrade, how, when he can shoot...Do you realize this isn't the typical PnR offense, I mean if a PG can't shoot 3's like Farmer, kerr, fisher, bj armstrong, paxson, harper..whats sense does it make, why do you think grant is getting pine time.
