why is there this fascination with the Jimmer. Excellent shooter...um but thats it. his defense is horrible so why would the knicks upgrade their one of their weaknesses with the Jimmer?

I think Steph Curry has a lot to do with the Jimmer fascination. I don't think people realize all the other things Steph does at an extremely high level. Even Barkley and some other NBA guys have said he's just a shooter. Which is kinda nuts.

Jose Hate is a powerful thing. We survived Ray Felton, who actually WAS the worst PG in the league, without people begging for some NBA reject who's at the top of the NBDL (NoBody Defends League).

Because he is a Westchester Knick.

unfortunately or fortunately that doesnt mean much. D league players are free agents that can be signed by any team.

Probably played himself out of a shot. Talk about a change in fortunes. That was a tough one for him.

From what Ive read, Jimmer thought he was a finished product from the start, which is why he bounced from team to team. Might be a case of too little too late. We'll see.

Tried to watch the game, but it was un-watchable. Total foulathon with zero flow. The worst part was, there wasn't even one player on Westchester that looked like he could make the jump to the NBA

I like him, I think he could probably help us -- I just like Russ Smith better if we're looking at cultivating a DL PG. Then I like some of the bigger DL guards if we're looking for a straight up 2 -- Sean Kilpatrick, Terrico White, Elliot Williams (off to Europe--I wonder if he has an opt out back to the NBA), Orlando Johnson (if the Suns don't offer him a 2nd 10-day contract), etc.
