Hopefully Towns vs Prigs will be interesting
I like what Rambis has tried to do. I think he tried to stretch things because of the back to back and it messed up his rotation. Maybe tonight he shortens the rotation and they get the win. Gotta hope anyway!
Porzingis vs towns aka the two best prospects out of the '15 draft battling it out should be good. KP will be on his game tonight out to prove himself against the number #1 pick.

Really hope Rambis is more willing to change the starting lineup and rotation. Thus far there's been little difference in what he's done and Fisher, only difference is the offense is more consistent in running their system (Which is early pick/rolls or sideline Tri) and less 1 on 1. We had a small stretch yesterday where it was 1 on 1 too much, but outside of that, through 2 games we're definitely better on offense. The TO's killed us last night though.
But rotation wise, Rambis and Fish have been making the same mistakes. Really annoying to see unfold. Knicks have Lopez/Porzingis/Williams at C/PF. Why on earth guys like Seraphin or Quinn get playing time is beyond me. They have Lance Thomas at 3. There's no reason to keep trying to force Seraphin or KOQ on the team.
When you lack talent you don't have options to make up for problems. They try and that is great, but it won't get them very far. That is why they lose at the end of games. They can't step it up anymore than they already are. If we don't win tonight, just let Jerian start and go with it.

I think we're gonna see a change in that formula tonight and possibly for now on. Rambis may have been trying to limit minutes due to the back to back, plus KP has to stop with the dumb jumping fouls. What concerns me most is that we really don't play thru our guards. That was the main change for this team with Shved. He helped them get away from so much mid range jumpers from the bigs and increased the push of the ball and more Pinch Post scoring from the guard spot, which in turn opened up the 3pt shot. It was a chain reaction.
That one role is so key to all of this that it's shocking to me that Phil didn't seem to really look to bolster the Kobe/MJ role on this team. AA is not that guy and not even a reasonable poor man's version of that kind of player. The ball handling big SG is a huge role IMO. Too much trust was put into Jerian being able to make the transition from NCAA to NBA and Sasha as the only other guy that even slightly fits that role is poor as well, cuz he's not even close to a lower case Shved. I just wonder if Phil even recognizes what's missing at this point. I have to believe that he does. Not having that Pinch Post guard that can get to the basket is HUGE.

It's from December.
Since then Towns has elevated his numbers vs KP.

Glad I am a Steelers and SF GIANTS

Pitchers and Catchers time!
Not thrilled about Rambis coaching career or anyone guess on Rambis strategy tonite.
Not thrilled about a 40% fg shooting rookie who knows blip about playing in the paint, receiving playing-time at potential moments in the game.
Not thrilled about our 1-12 record in our last 13 games.
Afflalo n Calderon are not starters nor 30 minute players, nor are they complimentary guards to lift their teammates talent level in any game. The two need to plan together n try to bring some chemistry to this triangle system
Another game with the same stupid starting 5
Let's do this, yo! Rambo got this!
Good Guys: 11
Bad Guys: 1
Rambo to team: "We drew first blood!"
Great start! Going to the rim over and over. Good motion and ball movement.
