He did have an open look but if you look at the replay, he was in between two Pacers with not that much space...

Yep. Not sure why a marquee guy would choose to come here.
Worst part is Phil will be fired or "resigned" after the year and we get stuck with another 3yrs of 5-20 games as Melo and his knees continue to age.

Points in the Paint, bad game by Melo, taking KOQ out forever, and no RoLo to tap in rebounds nor block shots in the paint late in the game, that is why we lost.
Can someone please answer for me why KOQ came out with 10 minutes to go in the 4th when he was having a career game and helped the team come all the way back and take the lead? Where was he? What does a bench player have to do to earn more minutes? Even with a flawless game, they can't got more burn?
