It's kinda too late now.... maybe, maybe not.
They are two players that would instantly give us all that we are missing.
It sounds like the Rockets are keeping Lawson until the end of the season.
I admit I still check the playoffs standings... but it's pretty highly unlikely.
I honestly don't think either guy would help us all that much in their current states.
Also most players are going to go for a winning situation at this point... not come here, even if we were on the playoffs fringe.
Unfortunately our losing has taken it's toll on players wanting to come here. The hope is that this team at least finishes strong and makes it a better looking destination this off season.
Also there is still a small chance they could get back into the playoff picture. It would take a major improvement tho. This next game is gonna be tough because of how good the Heat are defensively. Knicks are 6.5 out with Orl, Wash and Det ahead of us fighting for the 8th spot.

i just dont think asking a small PG with off the court problems and a one dimensional shooter with no defense skills - can learn the triangle in a enough time to turn this team around to make the playoffs.
i think thats a realistic objective take. sorry if i come off as a downer, its not my fault..its the knicks who put themselves in this situation
