Defense is a joke now and with teams just chucking from downtown all game long... Now all you have to do is graze a player and the whistle is blown... We need to bring back defense in the NBA. I believe curry would not be the player he is today if he played in the 90's he'd be more of a dell curry/Abdul ruaf
I don't think they will, the 3 ball has taken over, and the goal is to make the game much more EURO, then 1990s Heat/knicks or Detroit/INDI.
EVERY Semi hard foul goes in for review, and their hasn't been a real fight in the NBA in god knows how long.

I agree. I don't think they will either. I listened to the Herd yesterday and he talked about them possibly revisiting the rules to allow some perimeter contact. I think they have to because the game is starting to look like an And1 mix tape, but I strongly doubt they will even though I would like to see changes. The other problem I have with the rules now is they cherry pick the guys who are allowed to make some contact with no reasoning behind it.
They need to get closer to FIBA rules. It's a shame that we need a dream team to beat the global teams. The nba is to blame for not developin the game in the states. They wanna eliminate contact on the perimeter and they want to look at penalizing teams for the "hack a shaq" tactics. How about do a "basketball inside our boarders" movement. Selling tickets and ratings should never be over the integrity and development of the game.
