He came up with the Spurs D-League team and has done a very good job in the Westchester branch this season. The team was 10-40 last year before he arrived, they're 23-17 right now.

I've watched a few Westchester games and he seems to run the Triangle and also have a good feel for the game in terms of subs and defensive matchups.

I don't know too much about him, but I wonder if Phil gives him a look.

He probably gets an assistants job first but he may end up being a head coach in the nba.
