It would have to be no more than a two year deal IMO. When Rondo isnt happy he makes a concerted effort to take the team down with him. Would need a coach he respects, thats for sure.

No argument here, havent paid enough attention to his season. Im guessing that when Rondo is displeased he is going to make sure everyone knows it. Karl is probably giving Rondo the freedom to operate that he didnt have in Dallas or early on in Boston.
I get the feeling that AA will pick up his player option as there will be few others this offseason.
