Writer seems to be taking my points. Nalod been doing much of this for a while.
Needless to say many around here are "Hey, if we don't make a big splash Phil needs to go".
Funny, say that happens, does that mean players start gravitating here the moment he leaves? Nope.
Same for "Jose got to go"......Ok, but who takes his place?
"Rambis sucks balls"........Ok, will Thibs with the same roster really improve the team by 10-15 games? Doubt that.
Change is not improvement.
Give it time.

I agree that Phil deserves his chance to build this team and people are getting way too impatient since it's only been two years with last year being a almost complete tear down to start new/fresh. We now have a very solid front court and it's with players that are team guys so we don't have to worry about any off court or locker room problems coming from these guys. In two years we should be a good team that's not only a playoff team but a team that can make some noise in the playoffs as well. As we all know we're two players away from that team which is obviously a PG and a SG which shouldn't be any problem at all getting in two years. Who he hires as our next head coach will be a big choice as well but we have to trust that he knows what he's doing with his next hire if it's giving the full time job to K.Rambis or hiring B.Shaw (please not Shaw) or Luke Walton or he goes in a direction most of us don't expect with Thibs or Scotty Brooks.
PATIENCE PEOPLE.
