This is absurd. The game got blown open once Grant sat, too.

Come on! It's just this draft and after this year we at least have our 1st rd picks going forward. In the end it's not that bad a situation for the Knicks. It could most certainly be worse and Philly would qualify for worse at this stage. I give Hinkie credit for collecting all those picks. Too bad he won't be the one to fully benefit from the picks, mainly cuz he stunk at building a team. All those years and they're no closer than when they started.

You can kick dirt on the Knicks efforts so far under Phil but at least there's a viable path to them finishing the process of building a team. The Knicks Front Court seems more than capable. They need a higher quality starting PG and SG. The Knicks roster will make sense. Philly will have no choice but to make trades cuz their talent doesn't really make sense together. Philly can't go after FA's cuz who's gonna want to go there?

Not sure why you guys keep saying the frontcourt is set, all three are on different time tables. And Philly's situation is absolutely better than the Knicks right now because they are doing what the Knicks need to. Completely break it down.

It's always amazing when an NBA team gets three front court players born on the same day. Because then you know they are on the same time table and great things are going to happen.
