Wild card candidate - Melo is pissed about Rambis, Mills steps in to mediate and suggests David Blatt.
But I think there's 85% chance it is Rambis.

Rambis/Shaw is a very possible scenario. Shaw as associate head coach as he was in Indiana.
Blatt/Rambis is a long shot but possible.
Don't see Thibs or anyone else in consideration.
