I could absolutely deal with his bad defense much more if he can shoot even close to the way he's been shooting lately for a full season to go with his athletic dunks, his getting to the basket for layups and his getting to the foul line, i might even consider a multi year contract with a raise if i knew he can shoot like this for a full season.
Dude, you have been here all season long and you saw exactly how grant and dwill were jerked in and out of the line up, how was they ever suppose to show anything with 4 minute spurts
DWill got plenty of playing time and i never said anything in my post about Grant. DWill has never been a good shooter for any team he's played for....Dude.
The important thing is that all this losing has helped teach them a lesson and build a culture of... oh wait...
Well well well. Another game without Melo.

The above statement is fools-gold ...
The Knicks head-coaches made sure the team loss every game Melo were DNP (from Woodson to Rambis), by foolish substitution in the 2nd half of the game. WHY?
Coach Dantoni WON plenty of games without Melo, Dantoni embarrassed a DNP Melo by winning consecutive games having a 40 minute D.League player Lin Sanity

I am sure. I think management probably was concerned about making decisions for the Knicks future, getting a last look at guys that might be brought back or not. I think that is a healthier perspective then hoping to join the cluster of 33 win teams in hopes that the Raptors get a worse pick.

That isn't true about the screens. It's always something you can use. The degree is up to the coach and players. It doesn't change the overall system one bit. Drag Screens, Down Screens, double and Triple Screens are all in the playbook.
It's a shame shame shame when we have a quick slasher in Grant, and the coach waits to the 82nd game to tell teammates to screen for Grant.
I watch Bill Cartwright screen with his big-body to get Jordan n Pippin their 3 rings
I watch Rodman quickness screen to get Jordan n Pippin another 3 rings
I watch Shaq n Horry screen to get Kobe a couple rings
I watch Bynum n Gasol screen to get Kobe another couple of rings

I think that the fact that the knicks were 0 and 10 without melo was and is completely meaningless unless ...

That stat would have alot more weight if the Knicks were better than 32 and 40 with Melo.
Melo can't even will his team to .500 ball in the weak east. Pathetic.
