He was but Morey wanted a pick and 2 players for him.....

Let me get this straight....The Rockets are considering bringing in a no defense Coaching "coach" to manage an NBA "star" who doesn't play defense.

Great job Morey.

Great job Morey.

I hope he goes there. One less competitor.

I think MDA could do a good job installing a pick and roll offense with Harden and Dwight. Though it really comes down to getting through to those two bone heads.

Does anyone really think Dwight would stay in Houston with MDA coaching?

Isn't interviewing MDA a lock on Dwight leaving? Do we not remember the Lakers or am I off here?

Fair point.

I got the impression Harden hated Dwight, too.

I wonder where Dwight will wind up. Brooklyn? Makes no sense with Brook... but Brooklyn was said to covet Dwight once upon a time. Dallas? Again, long ago.

I wonder who takes Dwight... I can't really see a team giving him the max...

Dwight is leaving so it could be true. Harden in a D'antoni offense would probably be the highest scorer in the league next year. I mean avg around 40 points 7 assists.

Dallas is a weird ass team. But yeah, that might make most sense.

They finally get the Deron / Dwight pairing they wanted to put around Dirk... five years too late.

That is what people thought when MDA came to NY Melo was going to be unstoppable and average 30-32 a game. But never happened.

They were trying to trade him at the deadline. Also, have to think Corey Brewer might become available.
