Knicks · Do you agree? w/Top 50 Knicks, in NYK History (Fall 2015 reprise/post)..has Ew,Clyde,Pearl,Melo,Reed,Debusschere (page 1)

Well

just an minor opinion, Only few players I have a prob.s with on this top 50 list is:
Don't agree with Rory Sparrow and Nate Robinson on this list at all, just a few cited

Neither Nate or Rory was Knicks long enough to make team impacts as far as improvements.
For example I think Nate perhaps at his position was good or better than Kenny 'Sky' Walker
however though BOTH won NBA slam dunk contests I think few Kenny Walker teams went to NBA playoffs
and Kenny isn't even on this list, which I have no problem with.

Thus Nate does not belong on list & I like Nate. Rory was decent PG few bad Knicks teams(1 playoffs? twice)

However Rory is on list & Bill Bradley isn't? I don't have big issue on Bradley but if he isn't on list
with Rory Sparrow making top 50, that's absurd! Bill could be there before Rory, longer tenure, 2 NBA Champ titles
& better NBA Career.

What do you think ? I don't have issue with where 1-10 has Patrick Ew, Clyde ahead of Melo, Reed, Steph & LJ.
Most of the list I agree with, is there some NY Knick great ? that is left out ?

If Dollar Bill isn't on the list then the list is incomplete

in this listing, bill is #5. marbs is ahead of lucas though, that aint right.

There's a lot of players with really ordinary #s like 8 pts, 5 rbs. In the top part of the list, it gives too much weight to volume scoring. It still was interesting to look through. It brought back many memories.
I almost had a heart attack when I saw this: "35. Amare Stoudemire, 2010-present"
That must be a typo.

so many marginal players

Yeah, that's what I was getting at. I guess we haven't had enough success for a list that's more than 10 or so.
Nalod @ 6/6/2016 1:05 PM
Besides the Celtics and Lakers, how many marginal are on other teams "top 50" lists? We dont' look at those.
Some where Steve Mix is on a sixers list.
Also, different era, not all were high scoring.

Including Louie Orr in anything Top-Knicks-related should immediately trigger that web site to be shut down.

Could not find the clip of him almost killing himself on the the front of the rim on a breakaway dunk.
