How long do you think it will be until we see the first Lebron to Knicks or Lebron will talk to Knicks in free agency rumors start?? I'm thinking the first week of July should be about right if not sooner.
I hope he does not come to the Knicks. I felt the same way with Jordan and Reggie. I would rather beat them or die trying.
As soon as he comes to the Knicks, he will go into serious athletic decline. That's our luck.

this... I would rather wait for a home grown title than have a Lebron delivered one. Reggie and MJ were perfect examples. Sleeping with your sister doesn't count as getting laid. Ill pass.
you just started it dude. congrats

Hahaha You know it was coming sooner or later anyway.
Clevland have James and Irving, we have KP and Melo, if not next season than 2018 we should be in Finals
Knicks don't have to covet Cleveland's star in order to build our own team. I seriously hope this doesn't become a thing. Let him stay in Cleveland and retire there.
Im ok with it if there is a multiple ring count and he is part of an ensemble cast which naturally would include KP and Melo.
and.......
He retires a knick. To come in for a year or two then leave, even is winning a chip would be "gun for hire" mercenary and I just as soon not have that.
come in for 4 years, and be knick, retire a knick and i'll welcome him into the family.

Agreed. I'm not even considering him. That ship sailed a few years back when he made his "decision."
But he could bring JR with him....lol
Really? What you guys are talking about is the rough equivalent of being offered a one-night stand with Kate Upton but turning it down because she doesn't want anything to do with you in the morning. I'm not about wasting great opportunities.
Not sure why Bron will come to NY...
He is not the brightest dude but he is not a retard ether...
He can cement his status as a legend by building a dynasty in Cle where he belongs.
So shell he do.

It just bothers me that after we finally drafted our own young stud that we should now look to bring in Lebron after he won another Title. ANYONE can do that!!! There's nothing special about it. We all realize how great Lebron is and that pretty much any team he went to would immediately be a possible contender with Lebron.
I'd much rather build a team to beat Lebron and Curry. That would make it much sweeter for me.

We can begin doing that right after he helps us win our first title in 40+ years, lol.
Bron and Melo have already said they'd like to play together. Let them go to Clipper land and we get picks out of Boston and they get Griffin. Dunn would work for me. And then talk to KD and see if he wants to win the East.

I'm going with Nard over Fish on this one - better analogy!

I wouldn't necessarily trade Griffin if this went down, but I would like the chance to reload.
LeBron took 2 seasons to win a finals - he might well have done it in 1 if they had been healthy.
But he went to a well stocked team that was able to make trades to bring him his stiff, tall shooting big man.
I don't see us having the supporting cast today to provide even LeBron what he needs to get to the finals. Unless he is signing for the vet min, which he isn't.

He has already cemented his status as a legend. Winning a title for NY would put him on another level no one has ever been before. That being said, i think he should stay in Cleveland. He has the right team there to get to the finals and win many more times. I think he can realistically finish his career with 5 titles and 10 or 11 finals appearances, and he would have to be in consideration for greatest player of all time with that resume.
On another note, i wouldn't be surprised to see Love want to leave now that he has a title. He may want to be a more productive player another place. I still think Love to Boston for Bradley, Olynyk, and a couple of picks makes sense. For Cleveland, i really think adding a player's like Bradley and Olynyk to the lineup and moving JR back to 6th man makes them the overwhelming favorites to repeat. But that's just my opinion.
