Knicks · Dirk Norknickski? (page 1)

What you guys think?

It's possible that Dirk might want to try and help KP develop. Dirk still has some basketball in him. Maybe he's a center now though. We talked about trading Rolo... if Dirk wanted in then maybe you toy with that idea. KP, Melo and Dirk.... then maybe you bring in Joakim Noah.

I know it's the same old Knicks signing old guys and broken down players. We would be signing these guys to play a role not to carry the team. Noah would be splitting time with Dirk at center. Dirk would also play some power fwd.

Maybe Rolo could get the Knicks a point guard or a shooting guard.

Maybe the Knicks just sign Dirk and keeps Rolo.

Just something to talk about that we haven't talked about yet

He pretty much has said he don't leave dallas.

He can leave Dallas only if this will help them in any way.
We are not of any help in this respect.

He omly opts out so he can give the team flexibility to sign FA, then he'll give them a home town discount

C'mon now. He's not leaving Dallas. Wade isn't coming here either. Neither is Durant. Or Lebron.

So we can get to watch another elderly vet go out on a stretcher like BDiddy? Maybe we can send Cuban a draft pick too as compensation or something?

Really really great thread.
