Whoever gets him will get a quality low cost player trying to prove he's injury free. Seems like the perfect player to join a group of current and future injury prone players. But they all come in motivated.....and Phil reserves the 60 mil cap space next season......then its always a win....win move.

I'm not a fan of his play style but depending on cost we should consider him. Our cap situation is going to be tight
