How in the world can a team rely on 3 players who all have had serious injury and have missed significant time over the last two/three years? These guys will smoke out before 41 games. Im shocked that the Knicks or even some fans want Noah for what 4 years 80mm?? Insane. It will be a worst bust than Amare.
100+ games? Briggs, I love the way you exaggerate to drive home a point.
Next thing we'll be hearing how Noah is 6'9" and Rose is 5'11"

I'll tell you in the spring when it happens.
At the present time I'm still waiting for Carlos Beltran and CC Sabathia to suck as many Yankee fans guaranteed they would.

You can keep scouting the lottery. While you are doing that I will be enjoying the Knicks in the conference finals. 100 games you say? Well if that offseason included siging Noah to a big deal I would we are off to a GREAT success! You would have to be the dumbest Knick fan on earth to not sign up for a 100+ games next year! I supposed it might feel tainted if we overpaid for Noah or if Rose's advanced stats show him to be an average player at best... NAAAAAA.. (I just wanted to work 'taint' into this thread)
100+ games... right on!
Would Crabbe give us 100+ game seasons? Or is he just an 82 clip guy?

Baseball is a different tiger--its not dependent on your legs.
The Knicks do realize that they have to preserve the legs of the older guys. Phil and JH are going to have to play their bench and they will. If they bring back some of the guys from last year as well as some new young additions, this team should be better in terms of the overall talent to start and the bench. They may not be GSW quality but they should be able to play well enough to spell the starters with quality minutes.

Said nobody who knows anything about baseball ever.
It's all about the legs.

Clearly, he's saying the goal should be to build a team that can last 100 games. He isn't predicting our guys will do that. He's saying he thinks they can reach 41% of that goal.

No I dont think Derek Rose Carmelo Anthony and Noah can last 100 games--Im not sure about 50. They better build it 13 deep.

The better this team is built the less stress will be placed on each of the players. That is how you achieve better health. Neither of our starters will have to overexert themselves playing with this crew. They should all carry just a little less of a load by playing with each other.

The Knicks have what 6 players on their team? Putting 9 more guys together and making it gel is going to take time. There is almost ZERO continuity. I mean lets just look at some facts here
Noah and Rose were on the same team with
Pau Gasol Jimmy Butler Taj Gibson Mike Dunleavy Aaron Brooks and then a bevy of quality young players who helped out--they ended up a LOTTERY team. We DO NOT have a better team than the BULLS. KP is NOT better than Gasol and Carmelo is NOT better than Butler. Then they had a bunch of players in place that had ALREADY played together for years.
Basically were saying we can win with the same model the Bulls had with less talent and continuity. Good luck. Glad we have our lottery pick we are going to need it.

It sounds like they're planning to bring back at least 8 guys from last year's team -
Melo
KP
Galloway
Lance Thomas
KOQ
Seraphin
Early
DWill
maybe Sasha, too?

OK, but I said 41% because you mentioned 41 games in the post and 100 games in the title
