Gordon has good skiils and was very legit. He'd complement Rose offensively as he can shoot but those two are both mediocre defenders at this point. Both had knee injuries which means a greater chance of reinjury (check stats) and also more day to day maintenance. Jackson better have decent reserves to help manage their minutes. Hard to envision a trouble free year for all but all you can do is keep fingers crossed that any issues are minor and manageable and spread out
