Gordon 4 years 53 millions to the Rockets. 5 million more than Lee's contract. Wonder if the money made a difference or if Phil decided that Lee was a better fit than Gordon?

Lee was Phil's 1st call so Gordon was only a fallback. In the end we got the player we wanted for less. Can't beat that.

Yep, Gordon was a worse fit and a much bigger injury risk on top of all our other injury risks.

I can do better than that.

Cap was %58.6m (give or take a few K) for 6 seasons, which went far to setting fan's relative expectations for salary.

The cap is going up to $110m next year.

Noah's $16.9m in 2017-18 dollars, would have been $9m in 2008-14 dollars.
