this is the new knicks? STARPHUCK CITY?

Fascinating how people immediately believe the first thing they want to believe...

so you were fascinated that people believed in the 3/48 deal?

yes.

Too much for too long. Better to overpay for a young up-and-coming player than an old declining one. I have always believed it is better to be rich and healthy than poor and sick.

I'm fascinated that the OP decided to create a new thread on Noah with a troll like title and without commenting in the other thread.

Wow- thought the Lakers would go after Whiteside

Terrible just plain terrible. Don't care about the average, but to pay someone 4 years guaranteed and holding a roster spot hostage when player can't stay on the floor is bad business.

Dolan rubbing off on Phil already.

If this is the contract, it's a really bad gamble. I just replied in the 3 yr, 48 mil contract thread. Even that I don't think is great given Noah's age, trajectory, and injuries. 3 and 48 would have been more tolerable though.

Whiteside said no. Is only meeting with teams in tax free states. People need to realize players are exploiting this.

The years is alarming to me but this is actually the market now. Absolute insanity out there. We either do this or not fill out the roster. I'd sooner this that that ridiculous Moz deal.

Multiple Noah threads and a free agency thread out there.
