Great to hear that.

GustavBahler @ 7/4/2016 11:24 AM
Thats awesome, was the hardest working player on the floor last season IMO. If we could get both DWill and Thomas back we would be in good shape. Haven't heard of any offers for Williams yet, hopefully other teams believe that he might have found a niche in NY.

Having L.Thomas and J.Noah on the team with the positive energy they bring in the locker room, on the bench and on the floor would be huge for us.

Ood, how we work this out with him

When he first put that out it actually made me nervous that he was planning on leaving but now i can see how he was saying he'd like to stay with the Knicks. I love this kid and really hope he stays.

Ira @ 7/4/2016 12:08 PM
I hope that he and Gallo stay.
EnySpree @ 7/4/2016 12:14 PM
We have 6 million for him. He's just gotta chill. We're going to go over the cap to keep him. We just have to secure a back up pg first
newyorker4ever @ 7/4/2016 1:05 PM
Not hearing good things for us and Lance now that KD signed with GSW. Hearing that a lot of teams that were waiting on the Durant signing will now up their offers to other players like L.Thomas so he's probably gonna get the typw of offer that he can't refuse and most likely D.Williams as well. He'd have to REALLY REALLY want to be a Knick to turn down what could be like $3/$4 million more a year than what we can afford to give him which would be tough for any player to turn down especially a player that hasn't ever had a big contract. I've been saying all along that i wouldn't doubt if he got something around a 4 year $40 million offer.

Lance was very well liked in OKC. I could see OKC trying to bring him back to help fill the gaping void left by KD.

Sucks but you are right...

The Knicks could do 4/24 and let him stay at Clyde's house in St Croix for a couple weeks in the summer

Knickoftime @ 7/4/2016 1:20 PM
Or we could wait to see what happens...

Yep, i remember when we got him there was a lot of talk out of OKC that they absolutely did not want to put him in the deal for us so i can absolutely see them giving him an offer that will be tough to decline.

This sux bad man cause i want and have been wanting him back badly so lets just hope that we get some luck here and we somehow get him back.

Hahahaha right, he's been working out with Melo this summer so maybe Melo can just give him the pool house.

I hope he comes back, too.

I mean... at this point, let's be real, if Lance wants to win more games next season coming to the Knicks might be in his best interest over OKC at this point.

Then again, he might be able to get a starting job in OKC...

We shall see. Hope he's back.

We need them. Really no choice for us at this point. Can't replace them.

Gallos range of inconsistency to outright awfulness has me lukewarm on him but I suppose beggars can't be choosers.

That's how i feel. He's got flaws but he's a young guy who can play decent on both ends and play 2 positions. We won't be able to get a better player with no cap space.
