Knicks · Are we going for Lebron in 2017 or 2018?? (page 1)

Think about it...

We have max cap space in 2017 summer. We can fit Chris Paul in at PG. With CP at PG in 2017, and another cap spike again the next year, we could accommodate Bron and Wade in 2018, fulfilling the wish of Bron to play with super-buddies.

This will be the counter to the Warriors team, and the League office would love it. Ratings bonanza. Thoughts?

Fuck all those guys. We are building our own shit. Just enjoy what Phil is doing now you crazy kid

Something will happen in response to Durant going to OKC. I'm more inclined to see the rendezvous spot being CLE though, which I'd be fine with if we are compensated appropriately. To be honest, if we get off to a slow start I think it'll begin happen midseason. In the interim, I definitely think Kevin Love gets traded, which could help bring back the assets we'd require to placate us in a trade.

I think if it is anyone, it'll be Westbrook.

Probably but I don't like Westbrook's game at all. Would be hard to root for a moron, especially a moron who will inevitably suffer a castrophic injury because he looks for highlights instead of simple, team-oriented plays.

Another ball dominant player who is an injury risk? BRING IT!!

That seems to be the motto these days, lol.

Who would be better than Westbrook who will be available?
Welpee @ 7/4/2016 9:31 PM
If we signed Lebron somebody on here would complain it's a bad move because he's over 30 and since he has never had a major injury is due to have one soon, so fire Phil now for this signing.

You are right, he would be old, but that's who comes to NYK. Old broken, past prime Vets. It's the knickerbocker way
