Phil thought he put together a playoff team his first year. He reset and got KP. He tried Rambis and had exit meetings without him. Then he ran a triangle seminar with him. Since then he hired a new coach and every player that attended the triangle seminar is gone and there is a new coach. I think Phil realized talent trumps system. He went for a coach he was simpatico with and then acquired talent.
