Wow think how smart gs was to decline him an extension. Now The Mavs gave him 25 mm per to go 3-11 each night.

But all summer the argument was teams had to over spend.... glad we didn't do that on Barnes.

I was a Barnes fan. Thought he was well-rounded, underappreciated and would thrive with more opportunity. Time will tell but ATM I'm glad no one in Knicks front office was listening to me. ATM it seems like any success he had with GS was because no one could pay him much attention with all of GS's other weapons running around.

25 mil per was ridiculous. Hope in the future, we don't get caught out there like that.

Yep, we all know from science and watching the nba that no player ever improves after 3 preseason games, and teams rarely improve beyond their performance in the first 8 minutes of the first preseason game- the regular season and playoffs are just a money making scam.
